Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and unassembled
- Free of any beeswax, honey residue, or signs of bee activity
- In its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. When applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged in transit
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging when you contact us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Beehives or beekeeping equipment that have been assembled, painted, or used with live bees
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify for a return under this policy, the item must be:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
